Order Status

You will receive emails about your order status after completing your payment for your order. Below is the interpretation of different order status, and you could see it in the emails about the order status.

Interpretation of Order Status:

Awaiting payment: The payment is yet to be made.

Pending: Payment has not been received yet. When payment is confirmed, order status will be changed to Awaiting Fulfillment

Awaiting Fulfillment: Payment is confirmed. We will process your order within one business day.

Awaiting Shipment : We’re processing your order and it will be shipped out soon. When it is shipped out, we will update your order status to Shipped.

Shipped: Your package is shipped. And if the shipping method you choose is with tracking number, the tracking number will be sent to you by email automatically.

Partially Shipped: We've shipped out those in stock and will ship out the rest later.

Canceled: The order is cancelled upon agreement with customer


Q1: How long does it take for processing an order?

It takes one to two business days to process an order. Once the order has been shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local customs clearance. We offer different shipping methods. By default, we will ship it with registered airmail. And we do offer expedited shipping.

Q2: How do I add or remove items?

Order changes are only available for unshipped orders. If your items are still not shipped, please contact the customer service by email run@runcam.com or by skpye +1 (702) 997-2220 to change the order. But if your order has been shipped out and you really want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q3: How to track my order status?

It is easy to track your order status.

Firstly, log in our website.

Secondly, log in your account on our website; you can click "My account" on the top right corner of the homepage.

Then you can choose ”view order status” and view order details. You can contact us by email run@runcam.com with your order number and we will check the tracking info for you. Or you can track your package by yourself according to the tracking number we provide on different websites,like www.17track.net etc.

Q4: Why my order is held when I track the shipping status online?

If an order is placed but the credit card is declined or the address needs verification, then the order will be held until payment is cleared. And we will contact you and advise you with the current status.

Q5: How to cancel an order?

We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order during processing,please contact us regarding the order status.

If it’s still possible to cancel your order, we will update your order status as Cancelled and issue refund to you in 1-2 business days.

If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

Q6: Why is my order being held when the bank shows the charge was approved?

It takes 3 to 5 business days for clearing payment sometimes. We will arrange the shipment once your payment is cleared.
