APP Privacy Policy
The RunCam App is developed by RunCam® Technology Co., Ltd. This application respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, this application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, this application will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. This application will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to the terms of service of this application, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the terms of service of this application and cannot be separated.
1. Collection and Use of Information

(1). Use of user names and email addresses
We will collect your nickname and email address in the feedback center so that we can effectively contact you after receiving your feedback. We will not provide this user information to any third-party platforms.
(2). Use of location information
We need to check whether the current connected Wi-Fi is the Wi-Fi signal of the camera when you connect to the camera, in order to achieve direct connection. This function requires you to enable location permissions to obtain valid Wi-Fi data, and of course, you can also choose to refuse to enable this permission.
(3). Use of storage space
The app provides functions to download photos and videos to your local storage card, as well as to view the local album. This function will require you to enable write storage permissions and read storage permissions.
2.Storage and Exchange of Information
The information and data collected by this application about you will be stored on servers of this application and/or its affiliated companies, and these information and data may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed outside the country or region where you are located and where the information and data are collected by this application.
3.COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We are intended for general audiences and not for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal information from children under the age of 13 and if we become aware of such collection, we will take reasonable steps to delete any such information as soon as practicable.
