1) Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from RunCam Customer Support by emailing email@example.com. Please advise your order ID/email address used for the order and reason for the return;
2)Package products along with a copy of the RMA form and write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address provided by RunCam Customer Support;
3) Provide tracking number of returned parcel to RunCam Customer Support for replacement or refund.
Yes. At any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you could contact RunCam Customer Support to return the product(s) for refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase. Please kindly note, you will pay for the postage to return the product(s).
