Payment Methods

www.runcam.com accepts the followingpayment methods: PayPal, VISA & Master Card, and Bank Transfer

Credit Card: All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For the safety concern, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. RunCam reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional verification. We may reject orders if the verification fails.

Bank Transfer: You will receive a confirmation letter with our bank details soon after placing an order. For the customers from the countries that belong to European Union, you can use EU  zone bank transfer to send us your payment without any handling fee. Processing Bank transfer may take 1-3 business days. We will process your order upon full receipt of payment.

Tax Issue

The price of the product is non tax included on our website, so it will be your responsibility (as the buyer) to cover custom fees or duties on arrival of your package in your country.

Note: Import custom duties and taxes vary depending on your destination and package value.

If you have any special requests on declaration, you may leave a note on your order when you do checkout for your order.
